It’s an absolutely exceptional release and with five different difficulties and varying bullet physics, there is a mode for everyone. Even Nintendo hasn’t nailed gyro this good before. HD rumble when exhaling before a shot is incredible, and the gyro aiming is probably the most well done of any game I’ve played. The resolution isn’t borked, and while it has seen some downgrades, it still looks really impressive. Obviously being a current gen game, it doesn’t look quite as good as Sniper Elite v2 and 3 did on Switch (Sniper Elite 3 is one of the best looking games I’ve ever seen on a handheld device) but compared to most other Switch games, it’s still top tier. Sniper Elite 4 has officially released! And it’s fantastic, just as expected.
